Dear Welfare Fund Participant:Please be advised that the Summary Plan Description (2002 Edition) of the North Central Illinois Laborers= Health & Welfare Fund was recently amended as follows:Effective January 1, 2007 the Maximum Calendar Year Benefit has increased to $300,000 per person to include Maximum Medical and Prescription Drug.Please keep this letter in the front pocket of your SPD booklet for future reference.Sincerely,
